Are you looking to purchase household goods and finding it hard to afford furniture, even at our bargain prices, then a referral may help.

If you are receiving benefits or on a very low income, you may be entitled to a referral. We accept applications from a variety of sources including: Social Worker, Doctor, Community Health Visitor, Housing Association, Borough Council or Citizens Advice Bureau.

A referral will allow you to get up to 50% off our furniture and up to 10% off all electrical items. Please contact us for more details.

Social Service Professionals

If you are a Social Service professional, you can act as a Referral Agent to assist your clients who you consider to be in need of assistance in purchasing essential items. Simply download our referral form and complete it on behalf of your client. The form gives opening times, location andrough prices, and can either be scanned and emailed back to us once completed or given to the client to bring down with them.

We provide furniture at very low cost, which is further offset by additional discounts for those referred to us using the attached form. The discount will be 50% on most furniture and 10% on electrical items. We have a wide range and regular turnover of donated items so there will generally be something that will suit the client. The discounts given are valid for a year, so your client can take their time finding something suitable. We deliver locally for a flat fee of £5 for referral customers.
