You are welcome to visit us in person with the items you wish to donate, at 27 North Road, Woking. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 10am – 4pm. Drop offs by prior arrangement only.

Arranging a collection is easy and free for most items. We have a large van, and our friendly staff are happy to collect from inside your home. Please note – we no longer collect fridges/freezers.

Gift Aid

Gift Aid your Donation

We can collect Gift Aid on the sale of your donated items. If anyone in your household is a UK Income Tax or Capital Gains Taxpayer, we can reclaim 25p in every pound of the sale price from HM Revenue & Customs.

We will explain this option in more detail at the time of booking in a collection or dropping off an item.

We Can't Take

Certain types of furniture & electricals, including:

Upholstered items or mattresses that are soiled, ripped, torn, stained or burnt
Upholstered items or mattresses that are without fire labels
Badly broken furniture
Fridges, Fridge Freezers, Freezers
Large display cabinets/sideboards
Cots & Cot mattresses, child beds
Children’s car seats
Damaged electrical items
Electrical goods without a CE or UKCA label
CRT televisions (non flat screen)
Headboards
Filing cabinets without keys or safety devices

Where We Cover

We are currently only taking collection requests via email – wokingcfp@gmail.com

Sending pictures of your items will help us make a speedy appraisal. We generally do deliveries first, so collections are normally between 11am - 3pm.

DROP OFFS – by prior arrangement only

WCFP collects from approximately a 10 mile radius of Woking and the surrounding area. If you are not located near to us, then please contact us and we will advise on a furniture re-use charity that can help you.
