How it works

Medical Moves is a new service from Woking Community Furniture. We can move items of furniture within your home – maybe to accommodate a hospital bed, shift an existing bed downstairs, or move items to accommodate new disability aids. We can also dispose of items of furniture that are no longer needed by you and pass them to those in need.

Who We Can Help

The Medical Moves service covers communities in Woking plus nearby locations in Surrey Heath, Guildford, Runnymede & Elmbridge. Whilst anyone may use our service, we can be of particular assistance to the elderly, those living alone, or those otherwise physically disadvantaged. We primarily help patients being discharged from hospital, but can help anyone needing to accommodate hospital equipment or a bed, or those who need furniture moved around to accommodate a new lifestyle.
